Kitchen Upgrade

The existing kitchen, including floor and wall tiles, will be carefully removed and disposed of.

Gloss white kitchen cabinets will be supplied and installed. These cabinets come with soft-close hinges and smooth drawer runners for convenience and durability.

You’ll have the option to choose between stone or laminate benchtops. Both materials offer different aesthetics and practical benefits.

New floor tiles and splashback tiles will be laid, providing a clean and updated look.

A modern stainless steel sink will be installed, complementing the overall design. New tapware will complete the sink area, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.

Brand new appliances will be integrated into the kitchen.

Westinghouse Rangehood: Ensures proper ventilation and removes cooking odors
Fisher & Paykel dishwasher: Convinient for efficient dishwashing

The fridge opening will be enlarged to approximately 950mm. This modification allows for a plumbed-in fridge, complete with a water connection point.

All walls within the renovated area will be repainted, in the village colour scheme.

All renovation waste, including old materials and debris, will be removed and disposed of responsibly. A thorough builder’s clean will be performed in the kitchen area upon completion.
