The existing bathroom, including floor and wall tiles, will be carefully removed and disposed of. This step clears the way for a fresh start.
A brand-new vanity will be supplied and installed. You have the option to choose between a composite stone or laminate benchtop. The vanity will come with a sit-on-top basin, adding both functionality and style.
A new shave cabinet will be installed. This cabinet typically includes mirrors and provides storage space for toiletries.
All new floor and wall tiles will be installed. Wall tiles will be installed floor to ceiling, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing look. The shower area will also feature a shower nook for added convinience.
All new plumbing supplies will be provided and installed including tap ware: faucets, shower heads, and other fixtures. Frameless shower screen, a sleek and modern addition and a raised pan toilet for comfort.
New electric switches, power points, and light fittings will be installed. These upgrades enhance saftey and functionality.
The bathroom ceiling will be repainted in a matching village colour scheme. This step ensures a cohesive and refreshed apperance.
All renovation waste, including old materiasls and debris will be removed and disposed of responsibly and a thorough builders clean will be performed upon completion.
